About Time-In Moms
Time-In Moms is a Raleigh-area 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting mothers through overwhelming seasons of motherhood by providing practical, in-home support, meaningful relief, and community connection.
Since launching in 2025, Time-In Moms has grown its reach across the Triangle and is continuing to build the infrastructure, partnerships, and resources needed to serve more mothers and families.
About the Board
We are recruiting members for our 2027 Working Board of Directors. This is an active board—not a passive advisory role. Board members will contribute their expertise, relationships, time, and leadership to help strengthen and grow the organization.
We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in:
- Fundraising and donor development
- Finance or accounting
- Marketing and communications
- Business development
- Healthcare or maternal/family services
- Nonprofit leadership
- Legal or organizational strategy
- Community engagement and partnerships
What Board Members Will Do
Board members are expected to:
- Attend quarterly in-person and bi-monthly virtual board meetings
- Participate in fundraising and donor engagement
- Use professional and community connections to advance the mission
- Support organizational growth and strategic planning
- Participate in events, outreach, and community partnerships
- Provide expertise and accountability in their area of experience
- Serve as an active ambassador for Time-In Moms
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Mission-aligned and passionate about supporting mothers and families
- Reliable and willing to actively contribute
- Comfortable making connections and opening doors
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented
- Interested in helping build a growing nonprofit
- Based in or meaningfully connected to the Raleigh/Triangle area
Nonprofit board experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for people who bring commitment, expertise, relationships, and a willingness to work.
